  • Choose between “Register with your LinkedIn account” or “Creating an account manually”

Step #3A – Register using LinkedIn

  • Click on the LinkedIn icon
  • If your LinkedIn account has your Cornerstone email as its primary, you enter your LinkedIn user name and password once and click on “allow access”
  • If you are not a LinkedIn member, you have the chance to become one.  Be sure to use the same email for both LinkedIn and the Portal site
  • If you have different emails, you have the option of changing your LinkedIn email to the one you are using for the Portal site, or of creating your Portal account manually as in Sept #3A above.

Step #3B – Create an account manually

  • Fill in your first and last names in the boxes provided.
    • These  two names separated by a space will become your User Name for log-in, exactly as you enter them here
    • Choose a password
      • The strength indicator below will tell you if your password is strong or weak
      • Re-enter the password in the next box for confirmation
      • Enter your email address. Please use your @cornerstone-group.com address
      • Select your office from the drop-down list
      • Check the next box if you want to complete your profile.  You can also do this later
      • Click on Submit for Approval.
      • You will receive an automatic acknowledgement followed a little later by an email confirming your new account

  • Don’t forget to complete your profile on the Member Portal and upload a photo of yourself.

Common Issues

  • Your username is comprised of your first and last name. So if the name you entered when you created your account was John Smith – then your username is John Smith
  • Both password and username are case-sensitive and spaces matter as well.
  • If LinkedIn login doesn’t work, send us the primary email you use on your LinkedIn account
